I ordered some shit to help do youtube videos and livestreams with the Oculus Quest.

A mod mic and a wireless transmitter for the audio. I already got wireless video working needed a solution for audio/mic. This shit should do the trick.

Penn and Teller is worth the download for sure.

Just be sure to do all the tutorials alone and away from anyone else who will play it. Its a game to fuck with people and its funny as shit.

The first bit is the bullet catch in teeth. So the setup is you give the other person the headset and they are going to catch the bullet in their teeth. You take a controller and they see you controlling the gun. You fire three times and they try to catch it. But the gag is that the 4th shot, the game takes that controller, so they think you are still standing in front of them, you sneak close to them and when you hear the gunshot, you jar them physically and it startles the shit out of them.

I did it to Shannon and she almost had a heart attack. Good times.

So its all worked out on how to do VR live streaming from the quest with audio/video. Works great.

Gonna start doing a lot of VR content.

I may just buy Sairento VR. Holy shit is this game fun. Going to end up punching the wall or my aquarium at some point though. Need to either rearrange my furniture or get the balls to go play in the clubhouse where I'd have tons of room.

I actually use my power brick as a counter weight, even when not plugging it in.

Tea For God - A demo/shooter that generates a world in which you have freedom to move around at will, regardless of how big your guardian space is. Install via the SideQuest app.

Hey Wiggz, here's what I mentioned in the other thread. Oculus has added "Mixed Reality Capture" into Unity on Quest. Looks like the game developer has to decide whether to support it. Support is mostly there to let game developers make promo videos, not for streamers, but it should work if the dev decides to leave the function in on the release version.

Give Tea For God a try, it was really cool how it makes it seem like you've got a bigger space to play in than you really do. You do need a decent sized space for it to work though, otherwise you're just constantly turning around. I think your living room is good enough size.

Ive had it installed since it went up on sidequest. Plan on doing it this weekend.

I got RacketNX and Gunclub as well. Gunclub sucks on PS though.

EmuVR

90's Bedroom Simulator. Pretty fucking fresh.

Got to join the discord to get the download stuff.

Look on my FB for the bedroom I made.

Also. Streaming directly from quest to fb is fucking garbage. No audio. Quit streaming randomly. Useless feature.

Finally got this for my Oculus:
http://smile.amazon.com/gp/product/B07VT3BM7P

Short Review: It replaces the existing eye bracket thing with a new one. Comes with two leather face pads of different thicknesses. I like it since it means there's one for me and one for guests. It changes the fit, so now instead of pressure on my face under my eyes, the pressure is now on my forehead instead. Installation was simple. So far I'm happy with it.

I need something like that for sure. That thing kills my cheek bones.

The rift s is super comfy.

Using the regular face thingy, I found if I velcroed a power bank onto the back of the headband it helped relieve the pressure on my cheek bones. It was handy for longer play sessions, but kinda annoying to have it strapped on there when I didn't need to be using a power bank.
